Welt is the basic leathercraft material in the form of a PVC tape finished with the so-called head. 
 
It is most often used in the production of bags, backpacks, suitcases, cases, upholstery or even poersonalization of a car interior. 
 
Welt is made of pure granules (not regrinded), which makes it very soft and ideal for sewing in.  Suitable for sewing on domestic sewing machines.
